A sense of comfort
I have no idea why but I feel a sense of comfort over being able to pay out of pocket for classes and books.
When I started this process, way back in the day, it feels like it has been forever some days, but anyway, I would never have been able to afford to even think about it.
Of course I still have student loans looming over my head, but eventually I have a plan to get those knocked out.
I will fund my future education ambitions with the fruits of my labors thus far!

You are extremely lucky. Brenna has about $30K in student loans and with plans to get her PA she can add about $60K more to that.
ReplyDeleteI was very happy to have been able to pay out of pocket for my first two years of school. But that was at a community college where tuition was actually affordable. Now that I'm at a University I had to take out my first ever student loan and I have to say it's quite terrifying. By the time I'm done I'm sure I'll probably be in about $50k worth of debt. Scary for someone with absolutely no debt before this.
ReplyDeleteRight on! I vow to NEVER take out another student loan EVER again! So over that noise!
