So I am studying and realize I have totally forgotten about to do ABGs. I mean in nursing school the first time around it clicked and I rocked it. Then I sat down and tried to remember how and GONE. Same with some of the dosage and calculations. I mean damn you totally lose so much information. That use it or lose it is true. I have learned so many other things this years since graduation but still... it sucks. I'm sure it'll click again with a review through my LPN tic-tack-toe notes.
Ok so off to more studying.
You have my deepest sympathies. ABGs were totally hell for me and I have pretty much forgotten everything I know about them now...guess it's time for a refresher. :(
