I have no idea really how to garden out here. This is the first attempt... so I bought a bunch of different plants from the nursery and figured I would do a test garden this year.
*yellow squash *zucchini *snap beans *tomatoes *cauliflower *broccoli *red bell peppers *egg plant *pumpkins (this is a huge test I don't think it'll grow) *small watermelon (same with this one) *banana peppers (for pickling)
I also bought for an herb garden, which I am going to so in a big bucket.
I just started my garden for the spring, any tips? I don't know what grows well in a desert, what did you plant?
